("Yellow Rabbit," "we," "us," or "our") provides bus/minivan transportation services, including but not limited to our WebApp (https://www.yellowrabbit.app) and Mobile Applications (App) (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Services and explain the rules, rights, and obligations that apply when you access or use them. Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Yellow Rabbit Trans Co., Ltd. platform (including the website “yellowrabbit.app”, mobile application “App,” or any affiliated services), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and legal compliance for all parties.
- 1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services independently. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf.
- 1.2. Binding Agreement: Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, you must refrain from using our services.
- 1.3. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or prominent banners on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- 1.4. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved under Cambodian legal frameworks.
2. Scope of Services
Yellow Rabbit Trans Co., Ltd. is a licensed in-land transportation provider offering intercity bus services, chartered vehicles, and shuttle solutions across Cambodia. Our Platform facilitates seamless booking, real-time tracking, and secure payment processing to ensure a reliable travel experience.
- 2.1. Service Flexibility: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion, with or without notice. This includes changes to routes, schedules, or pricing due to operational demands, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 2.2. Digital Tools: The Platform supports features such as interactive seat maps, QR code e-tickets, and multilingual interfaces (Khmer and English) to enhance accessibility and convenience.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access advanced features (e.g., booking history, subscriptions), you must create an account.
- 3.1. Registration Process:
- Provide accurate personal details (e.g., name, phone number, email) and link a valid payment method.
- Social media logins (Facebook/Google) are permitted but require verification of your identity.
- 3.2. Account Security:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Report any suspected breaches to [email protected] immediately.
- 3.3. Account Management: Only one account per user is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
4. Booking & Payment Policies
Our booking system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with real-time seat availability updates.
- 4.1. Booking Process:
- Select your route, date, and seat(s) using the interactive seat map.
- Review fare details USD before confirming your purchase.
- 4.2. Payment Methods:
- Accepted options include ABA Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- All transactions are processed through Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant gateways to ensure security.
- 4.3. Printed Ticket or E-Tickets:
- Upon payment, an e-ticket with QR code will be sent to your email or stored in the App.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named passenger. Boarding requires a matching printed ticket or e-ticket with an optional valid ID (passport, national ID) to verify with our system.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications
- 5.1. No Cash or Credit Refunds: Yellow Rabbit Trans Co., Ltd. does not offer refunds in cash or credit.
- 5.2. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made at least 72 hours before departure, a cash coupon equivalent to the ticket value will be issued, valid for One (1) month from the date of issuance.
- 5.3. Ticket Modification:
- Modifications to the travel date and time may be permitted, subject to availability.
- Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before departure via email: [email protected] or via phone call to our ticketing hotline as in Section 13.
- 5.4. Company-Canceled Trips: If we cancel a trip (e.g., due to mechanical issues), you may choose a full-value coupon or reschedule to the next available departure.
6. Travel Policies
Your safety and comfort are our priorities. Adherence to these policies ensures a smooth journey for all passengers.
- 6.1. Estimated Travel Time: The duration of the journey is an estimate and is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- 6.2. Seat Allocation: The seat number indicated on the ticket is a preference and may be changed by the company if necessary.
- 6.3. Arrival & Boarding:
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to secure your seat. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without compensation.
- Present your ticket or QR code and valid ID at boarding. Screenshots or printed copies of e-tickets are acceptable.
- 6.4. Luggage Allowance:
- Each passenger is allowed one (1) piece of luggage (maximum weight of 25 kg for buses and 15 kg for minivans) and one (1) cabin luggage.
- Overweight luggage may be subject to additional charges.
- Passengers must ensure their luggage does not contain restricted or hazardous items.
- 6.5. Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. Travel insurance is recommended.
- 6.6. Prohibited Items:
- Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any contraband.
- Live animals or livestock.
- Strong-smelling food items (e.g., Durian, Prohok).
- Items that may cause inconvenience or harm to other passengers.
- 6.7. Passenger Conduct:
- Passengers violating these rules may be denied boarding or removed mid-trip without refund.
- Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner.
- Any passenger who disrupts the peace, endangers others, or refuses to comply with staff instructions may be denied service without a refund.
- Alcohol and Drug Policy:
- The consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any intoxicating substances aboard the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any intoxicated passenger may be refused boarding or removed from the bus without a refund.
- Smoking and Cleanliness:
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the bus.
- Passengers must not litter or cause damage to the vehicle.
- Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, passengers must follow the instructions provided by the bus crew.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
- Infants (0–3 years) travel free on a guardian’s lap.
- For safety reasons, guardians must supervise their children at all times.
- Refrain from fraudulent activities, intellectual property infringement, or actions that compromise platform security.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, trademarks, seat maps, software) is the exclusive property of Yellow Rabbit Trans Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your data in compliance with Cambodian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy (available at yellowrabbit.app/privacy).
- 9.1. Data Use: Information is used to personalize services, process payments, and send updates.
- 9.2. Security: We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no system is entirely risk-free.
- 9.3. Third-Party Sharing: Data may be shared with payment processors or legal authorities as required.
10. Liability & Warranty
- 10.1. Service Limitations: We provide services “as-is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- 10.2. Exclusions: We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., missed events, lost income).
- Loss of personal items (e.g., electronic devices, jewelry, cash, bags).
- Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (Section 11).
- 10.3. Liability Cap: Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes), government restrictions or regulations, political instability, strikes, or civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, or mechanical failures beyond our control.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Cambodian law.
- Dispute Process:
- Attempt resolution via email ([email protected]).
- If unresolved, mediation will be conducted in Phnom Penh.
- Final disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.

14. General Provisions
- Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
